Coaching
The body knows the way - I am here to help you listen
-
Coaching is a specific type of conversation aimed at bringing about clarity and solutions. It typically unfolds over a series of sessions—anywhere from one or two, up to six or seven—each lasting about an hour.
A coaching process focuses on a concrete situation, challenge, or problem. Through thoughtful, inspiring questions, we explore the current reality, desired future developments, and the inner and outer resources available. Attention is given to your needs, goals, fears, and aspirations.
The outcome of coaching may be a clear, actionable solution that feels entirely your own—because you’ve developed it yourself, supported by a coach. And sometimes, the solution isn’t a concrete plan, but the discovery and integration of a new aspect of yourself. Inner growth can be just as valuable and transformational.

My practice draws primarily from Systemic Coaching & Counselling, enriched by a variety of methods I’ve found effective through training and experience—including somatic approaches and tools that emphasize embodied awareness and deep listening.
At the heart of my work lies wholehearted listening and visualizing inner landscapes—because deep understanding begins with being truly seen and heard.
The systemic and the somatic approaches complement each other beautifully. While systemic coaching may help you understand the “what” and “why” of a recurring challenge in your relational or professional life, somatic work invites you to experience “how” it lives in your body and what needs attention or release.
It’s a dialogue between insight and embodiment, between the cognitive and the intuitive.
Somatic methods might include trauma-sensitive, embodied awareness practices, gentle movement, or body-based inquiries, always at your pace, and with full respect for your boundaries. It’s about listening deeply to yourself, cultivating presence, and creating space for transformation that is felt, not just understood.
Together, these approaches support sustainable, integrated change: where your insights are not only clear in your mind, but anchored in your body and daily life.
-
What I love most about coaching is the clarity that can emerge from a well-held conversation—the moment when the fog lifts and the client sees their situation like a panoramic view from a mountain top. It’s powerful, and always deeply personal.
What I love most about coaching is that moment of clarity—when everything clicks into place like a mountain view after the climb.
Coaching, for me, is much more than a technique or a set of skills. It is a way of accompanying people as they reconnect with themselves, step into their own truth and navigate moments of transition.
I trust that our inner world is closely linked to how we face difficulties, how we choose our direction and how we show up in our relationships and work. This inner rootedness influences how we create space for our own development and how we support the growth of others.
I experienced how deep personal growth can open space for professional and educational work to blossom with more ease and authenticity. This gentle truth is what guides the way I approach coaching.
Systemic
In my systemic coaching, I do not see you as an isolated individual but as part of a larger network of relationships, structures and patterns. I look with you not only at your personal goals or behaviour, but also at how your roles, interactions and environment influence one another. Together, we explore the dynamics shaping your work and relationships, uncover repeating patterns and make the invisible parts of your context visible. My intention is not to fix you, but to help you see the whole system more clearly so that change can become more natural, sustainable and aligned for you and the people around you. Over the years, I have supported many people in creating clarity, removing inner and outer blocks and taking the steps needed to bring their dreams and visions into reality.
Somatic
In my trauma- sensitive somatic coaching, I see the body as a place of deep wisdom and truth. Our experiences live not only in the mind but also in our breath, posture, tension and nervous system, which is why my work is body oriented and trauma sensitive. I guide you to slow down, notice what is happening inside and listen to the signals your body offers before the mind forms a story. Together, we explore how your body responds to pressure, boundaries, desire, fear and possibility, and how these patterns have been shaped by your history and identity. Through grounding, breath, gentle movement and presence, we create space for your body to soften, reorganise and discover new choices that feel authentic and alive. I offer somatic coaching in both individual and group settings, always with the intention to support change that is not only understood but fully embodied and integrated.
Coaching journeys

A trauma-sensitive, body-based journey into clarity, regulation, and inner leadership
As a certified Somatic Coach (ICF) trained at The Somatic School in London, I work with the body as a source of wisdom. This space is trauma-sensitive, meaning we move gently, at your pace, always honoring your nervous system’s boundaries and capacity. Nothing is forced. Everything is invited. Somatic coaching is not traditional talk coaching. We engage the body through sensation, breath, posture, and inner signals. Here, the body is not something to control, but something to listen to.
What Happens in a Somatic Session
We begin with grounding and sensing the body’s current state
We track internal signals such as breath, tension, contraction, or numbness
We follow the body’s intelligence to understand what is truly needed: safety, release, boundary, expression, rest
We use simple practices such as micro-movement, breath, and embodied awareness to create subtle but profound shifts
A Trauma-Sensitive Approach
No pushing, no pressure — we move slowly and consensually
You remain in full agency at all times
The body is approached with respect, care, and attunement
We create safety before seeking change
Who This Session Is For
Space holders, facilitators, therapists, coaches, or caregivers who need space held for themselves
Individuals feeling stuck in the mind and longing to return to the body
Those experiencing stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue
Anyone ready to live, lead, or create from embodied presence rather than pressure
What Somatic Coaching Supports
Emotional regulation and nervous system balance
Releasing patterns held in the body
Restoring clarity, intuition, and inner trust
Developing embodied leadership and grounded presence
This is a space where nothing must be explained or performed. We meet your body in its truth with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Your body already knows the way. I am here to walk with you.

Clarity, relational insight, and co-creative orientation
This session is rooted in a systemic understanding of human dynamics. Challenges are not viewed as isolated problems within a single person but as expressions of relationships, roles, expectations, and patterns within broader contexts. The intention is to create clarity, expand perspective, and enable new forms of agency.
Systemic coaching is a space for reflection and resourcing. It invites you to engage actively with your situation, not by analyzing the past endlessly, but by observing how the present is shaped and how it might shift.
What You Can Expect
Exploring your concern within its relational and contextual field
Identifying recurring patterns, expectations, or hidden assumptions shaping your experience
Considering alternative perspectives and positions that allow new pathways of action
Strengthening your professional stance, decision-making, and presence in complex systems
Engaging in co-creative reflection rather than seeking ready-made solutions
Who This Session Is For
Anyone seeking clarity of role, boundary, or direction in their professional environment
Individuals in leadership, consulting, education, coaching, or facilitation
Those navigating tension, conflict, change, or relational challenges
People feeling caught in loops or systemic stagnation
What Systemic Coaching Can Support
Shifting perspective beyond personal limitation
Understanding dynamics within teams, organizations, or relationships
Finding new positions and responses within complex structures
Strengthening relational competence and self-leadership
Creating space for change through insight rather than pressure
This session is not about immediate solutions. It is about seeing differently. Once perspective expands, new movement becomes possible. If you are ready to explore your situation with systemic clarity and reflective depth, you are welcome.

Description text gFor Facilitators, Moderators, Educators, Coaches, Mentors, and Consultants
Are you someone who guides others through learning, healing, dialogue, or transformation?
This coaching journey is created for practitioners who are ready to explore a new paradigm of leadership, one rooted not in control but in embodied presence.
As a somatic coach, I place embodiment at the center of this work. Leadership is not approached as a concept but as a lived, felt experience in the body. We will not only speak about yielding; we will practice it through breath, grounding, and nervous system awareness. How we sit, how we pause, how we listen, and how we soften becomes our teaching.
This space is for those who facilitate groups, transfer knowledge, mediate conflict, support growth, or lead processes of change, and who are seeking to do so with clarity, integrity, and depth.
What We Explore: Leading by Yielding
Leading by Yielding is the art of guiding without forcing.
It is the wisdom of allowing rather than directing.
It is the courage to trust the process, the group, and the unknown, not just with the mind but with the body.
You will refine your embodied leadership to:
Hold space without overpowering it.
Guide transformation without pushing for outcomes.
Lead through listening, responsibility, and relational presence.
Yield with strength, using softness and spaciousness as tools of deep influence.
For Those Who Serve Transformation
This journey is ideal for individuals who work as:
Facilitators of group processes
Moderators of dialogue
Educators or trainers
Coaches supporting personal transformation
Mentors offering long-term guidance
Consultants designing pathways of change
If you are ready to lead not from above but from within and with,
If you are called to embody a softer, wiser authority that holds clarity without rigidity,
Then you are warmly invited into this work.
Let us remember how to lead by yielding, through the body, through presence, like water, like
breath, like light.
Join me in remembering how to lead by yielding — like water, like breath, like light.oes here

For clarity, inner grounding, and humane academic practice
Academic life demands constant thinking, writing, supervising, teaching, publishing, and responding to institutional expectations. Most challenges are handled through the mind, while stress is carried quietly in the body. This coaching space is created for academics who seek a more sustainable, clear, and embodied way to work and lead.
This offer weaves systemic coaching for clarity and structure with somatic coaching for regulation and presence. It serves those who wish to remain intellectually strong without sacrificing inner balance and integrity.
What We Explore Together
Systemic Clarity
Understanding your roles and responsibilities within institutional structures
Navigating expectations, deadlines, team dynamics, and hidden pressures
Strengthening your professional stance rather than reacting to external demands
Somatic Grounding
Regulating stress and academic overload through body awareness and breath
Finding pauses and presence within the work, not outside of it
Cultivating an inner posture of soft leadership rather than constant pressure
Decolonial Reflection
Questioning academic norms that prioritize productivity over humanity
Reclaiming space for authenticity, relational teaching, and embodied knowledge
Allowing a form of leadership that is thoughtful, grounded, and present
Who This Coaching Is For
Professors, lecturers, and teaching staff
Researchers, doctoral and postdoctoral fellows
Academic supervisors and department leaders
Anyone in higher education who seeks a more humane way to navigate their work
What You May Gain
Clearer understanding of your role and relational positioning
Relief from cognitive overload through grounded practices
A way to lead, teach, and write with more space and less strain
Integration of thinking body and thinking mind
This is not a space for performance. It is a space to realign responsibility with inner presence. When body and clarity meet, academic life becomes more humane, not harder. If your work is knowledge, let your whole being be part of that knowledge.

Chemistry Session
A 30-minute chemistry session is a warm space for us to meet and gently explore whether we are a good match to work together. It is not yet a full coaching session. It is a first encounter, a moment to sense trust, resonance, and clarity.

A Somatic Workshop on welcoming, reclaiming or reconnection you name
Our name is often the first story people learn about us. Sometimes it is a gift, sometimes it is a burden, sometimes it no longer fits.
Some of us choose a new name because we are finally becoming ourselves. Some return to a birth name after divorce. Some change their name after marriage and later realize it never truly felt like theirs. Some are transgender or queer and are searching for a name that reflects who they have always been. Others have spent a lifetime explaining, correcting, translating, or defending their name.
A name carries memories, expectations, family history, culture, language, and identity.
But most of us have never had the chance to ask:
How do I feel about my name?
This workshop is an invitation to explore that question.
Together we create a gentle space to listen to the stories your name carries, what still belongs to you, and what you are ready to release. Through conversation, reflection, and somatic practices, we will explore the relationship between your body and your name.
Whether you are choosing a new name, returning to an old one, wondering if your current name still feels like home, or simply becoming curious about your relationship with it, you are welcome.
During our time together, we will explore questions such as:
What does my name feel like in my body?
Which parts of my identity are connected to this name?
What am I ready to let go of?
What qualities do I want my new name to carry into my future?
What happens when people mispronounce my name?
When do I correct people, and when do I stay silent?
How does my name change across different languages, cultures, and relationships?
Who am I in each version of my name?
Together, we will create a somatic ritual of transition, a space to honour what has been and gently step into what is becoming.
This workshop is for:
People choosing a new name.
People reclaiming a previous name after divorce or another life transition.
Queer and transgender people exploring names that reflect their identity.
People who have never felt fully connected to their given name.
People who constantly explain or correct the pronunciation of their name.
Multilingual and multicultural people whose names shift across languages and contexts.
Expecting parents or anyone searching for a meaningful name for a child.
Anyone curious about the stories, emotions, and possibilities held within a name.
And if you choose a new name, we can organize a ceremony to welcome your name in a place and with people you want.

Living Spaces is a guided home experience that explores the connection between your home, your nervous system, and your wellbeing.
By combining somatic awareness, intuitive observation, and practical guidance, we discover how your environment influences the way you feel, rest, create, and move through life. Together, we identify what feels supportive, what feels heavy, and what small, intentional changes can transform your home into a space that nurtures calm, clarity, and growth.
This is not about decorating or cleaning your home. It’s about creating an environment that supports the life you want to live.
Living Spaces is for you if you:
Feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted.
Are moving through a life transition, loss, or personal transformation.
Have recently moved into a new home.
Feel disconnected from your living environment.
Want your home to feel lighter, calmer, and more supportive.
Long for more clarity, creativity, ease, and balance in your everyday life.
What you can expect
After your Living Spaces experience, you may leave with:
A deeper understanding of how your environment affects your wellbeing.
A home that feels calmer, lighter, and more aligned.
Practical changes that create meaningful emotional shifts.
Greater clarity, renewed energy, and more room to breathe.
A stronger connection with both yourself and your home.
Sometimes changing your home changes far more than the room.
Sometimes it changes the way you experience your life.
Because the space around you has the power to support the person you are becoming.
No two sessions are the same because every home and every person has a different story to tell.
