About

Dîba Tuncer is a trauma-informed somatic and systemic coach, educator, and researcher based in Berlin, Germany. Her work integrates embodied healing with decolonial and critical pedagogies, offering a distinctive approach to personal and collective transformation.

Dîba specializes in individual and team coaching, supervision, and training—particularly supporting women in leadership roles—and designs safer spaces for learning, reflection, and growth. Her coaching and facilitation practice combines cognitive methods with somatic presence and embodied felt sense. She is trained in trauma-informed somatic counseling, systemic coaching, supervision, and seminar design, and brings extensive experience in the fields of human rights and migration.

Over the past decade, She has designed and facilitated workshops, trainings, and coaching programmes in Germany, Turkey, Poland, Georgia, India, Tunisia, Greece, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, France, Spain, Portugal as well as in international programmes bringing together participants from all aver the world. This experience enables her to create brave spaces where different perspectives become a source of learning and connection.

Dîba holds a BA in English Language and Literature in Turkey and completed her MA in Anglophone Modernities in Literature and Culture at the University of Potsdam. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Education Science, which focuses on decolonial pedagogy, epistemic justice, and embodied learning. Her award-winning thesis Pedagogy of Integrity examined colonial structures in higher education.

As the host of the podcast Pedagogy of Integrity, Dîba creates relational and reflective spaces that challenge oppressive learning systems and nurture collective wisdom.

Dîba works in Kurdish, Turkish, English, and German.
